A product link that talks back, and takes the money
Every online store has links to its products. Tapping one gets you a page and, if you have questions, a form. Tapping one of these gets you a conversation with something that already knows which product you are looking at, what it costs today, and whether it is in stock.
Connect your catalogue — a CSV, an API, or Shopify — and the AI knows every item you sell. Put a link in an Instagram bio, a WhatsApp catalogue, a broadcast, a QR code on a market stall. The link is the shopfront, the salesperson and the checkout, in one tap.
It knows the product
Not a chatbot asking how it can help. It opens on the item they tapped, with today's price and today's stock.
The questions that lose sales
Will it fit, what is it made of, when does it arrive, do you have it in blue. Answered from your catalogue, or it says it doesn't know.
A secure payment link
Sent by SMS or email while they are still in the conversation. The AI never asks for a card number, and cannot be talked into it.
Into your account
Straight into the account you already get paid into. The order flips to paid, the dispatch note goes out, and the money never touches us.
Works by voice and by chat, on your product pages and on a shared link. The same conversation either way, and the same order at the end of it.
The rules are enforced, not suggested
An AI that can quote a price can be argued with. So the limits sit in the platform, checked before a figure is ever spoken — not written into a prompt and hoped for. A customer cannot talk it into a discount it is not allowed to give, because the discount is refused before the sentence is formed.
Your account, not ours
Payments settle directly into the account of the business that earned them. Your customers' money never passes through us, which keeps it out of our hands and us out of the payments regulation that would otherwise follow. Card processing runs on Stripe today; if you are somewhere Stripe does not operate, tell us where and we will go through what we can connect.
Priced per product, not per account
Every item carries its own price and its own currency, so one catalogue can sell in pounds, naira and dollars at once. A shop with customers in three countries does not need three shops.
It will not take a card number
Never in the conversation, never read aloud on a call, never typed into a chat. A secure link every time — which is both the safe way and the only way that keeps you out of scope for card data.
CSV, API or Shopify
Import it, sync it, or paste it. Name, description, price, currency, SKU, stock, variants, categories and images — and the AI answers from it rather than from a summary of it.
Where's my order, and returns
The same AI handles the follow-up: order status against a real order number, returns and exchanges logged, delivery questions answered. The calls that make up most of a shop's support load.
Wherever you can put a link
Instagram bio, WhatsApp catalogue, TikTok, a printed QR code, an SMS broadcast, a Google Ads sitelink. Anywhere a link goes, a shopfront now goes with it.
This matters most where commerce already happens in a chat app rather than on a website. A seller with two thousand WhatsApp contacts and no shop has, until now, had to answer every "how much?" personally. A product link answers all of them at once, in whatever hour they ask, and takes the payment without the seller waking up.
Selling is included in every plan. Shareable per-product links are included on the App Link and Call Centre plans, and a £35 a month add-on on Answer and Pro.
