Fifty-three columns on every call, and you can export all of them
Most platforms give you a call log and a dashboard. This is the whole record — the telecoms detail a carrier would give you, the marketing detail an attribution tool would give you, and the conversation detail neither of them has.
It comes out as CSV, keyed to the same call id throughout, so it joins to whatever you already report on. Nothing here is derived or modelled — every field was observed on the call itself.
IP addresses are truncated by default, because a full one is personal data under UK and EU law and most reporting does not need it. Ask for fullIp explicitly and it is logged that you did.
What the AI could not answer
Every question it failed on, collected. This is the column that tells you what to add to your knowledge base — and the one no competitor surfaces, because it makes the product look imperfect.
Separate from duration
What you were charged for, beside what actually happened, so a bill can be checked rather than believed. Standard practice in telecoms and almost absent from software.
AI or person, on every row
So you can compare them honestly — booking rate, call length, satisfaction — and decide where the line between them should sit rather than guessing.
Conversions returned automatically
Bookings and sales go back to Google Ads keyed to the original click, so the bidding optimises towards booked revenue instead of form fills. The loop closes without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.
