Users are the people who log in. Chats never use a line. When every line is busy, callers on the Call Centre plans wait in a queue; on the others they leave a message for a call-back.
New paying customers get £10 / $10 / ₦5,000 of AI credit after their first payment — once per company, used within 60 days.
Call recording is off unless you choose it: Recording only $0.012 a minute; Recording + transcript + summary + sentiment $0.025 a minute. Monthly packs: 1,000 minutes $25, 5,000 minutes $115. Calls the AI answers keep their own transcript and summary.
