The dialler enforces the rules. It doesn't report on them afterwards.
Outbound calling is one of the most tightly regulated things a business can do, and the rules are enforced against the company placing the calls — not the vendor who sold them the software.
Most AI calling tools were built for the American market and shipped elsewhere unchanged. Ours was built to Ofcom's persistent misuse policy under the Communications Act 2003, and the limits are applied at the moment of dialling — because by the time something is in a report, the calls have already been made.
Dialling ahead of your agents at all is switched off until the two-second information message and answering-machine detection are in place, because shipping a ratio above one call per free agent without them is shipping silent calls with no way to comply afterwards.
The same principle on the selling side: deposit floors, discount ceilings and human-only lines are enforced by the platform, not written into a prompt and hoped for. A caller cannot talk the AI into a discount it isn't allowed to give.
You remain responsible for screening against the relevant preference registers and for having a lawful basis to call. We'll walk you through both during onboarding.
