About OmniServe
A phone line that isn't a phone number. Your customers tap a link, it costs them nothing, and the AI answers, your team answers, or both.
Our story
OmniServe started from a simple observation: in much of the world a phone call is expensive for the person making it, and a phone number is a bigger thing to hand over than it feels. Businesses were missing calls they never knew about, and contact-centre software was never sold to businesses their size.
So the line is a link. It works from a browser on any network, it is answered by an assistant that knows the business, and a person can take over at any point. Every call is traced back to whatever brought the caller in. See what is running today.
How we work
Say what is running
The site describes what the product does today. What is still being built is labelled as such.
No hidden fees
Plans and add-ons are published. No minimum, no term, cancel any month.
Free to the caller
A customer reaches you by tapping a link — no number to dial and no airtime to burn, from any country.
A person when it matters
The AI answers, your team answers, or both. Handing over to a person is part of every plan.
